Test Details: The test quantifies the risk of transplant rejection and indicates sensitization status of the recipient. High PRA values increases the risk of rejection resulting in higher immunosuppressant requirement and shorter transplant survival. PRA testing helps in determination of patients waiting for cadaveric transplants. This panel detects antibodies against anti HLA antibodies for class II.
