Test Details: CD10/Common Acute Lymphoblastic leukaemia Antigen (CALLA) is a marker of B-cell lineage tumours like Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) & B-cell Non Hodgkin lymphomas. CD10 acts as a prognostic marker as the CD10 positive ALL cells are rendered more susceptible to chemotherapeutic agents. It is one of first markers to identify leukemic cells in children and it is found on ALL cells which derive from pre-B lymphocytes.
