Test Details: The ALL FISH Profile detects cytogenetic abnormalities commonly associated with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL). Identification of specific abnormalities define various subtypes of ALL that have different prognosis and responsiveness to specific therapies. FISH studies are useful adjuncts to complete chromosomal studies.
