Test Details: The Typhidot - IgM test is done to detect IgM antibodies against Salmonella typhi which is a causative agent of typhoid. Typhidot IgM positive test indicates a recent infection causing typhoid fever. The most important limitation of this test however, is that it is only a qualitative test.
