Test Details: This panel of test helps to make the diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease. IBD is a chronic disorder of the lower gastrointestinal tract: Crohn's disease, Ulcerative colitis and Indeterminate colitis. ASCA is positive in Crohn's disease and ANCA is positive in Ulcerative colitis.
