Test Details: This panel of test is used in patients who are suspected of inflammatory bowel disease. Inflammatory bowel disease are broadly of two types i.e. Crohn's disease and Ulcerative colitis. ASCA antibody is positive in Crohn's disease while ANCA antibodies are positive in ulcerative colitis. Individual may have symptoms of abdominal pain, diarrhoea, bloody stool, constipation etc.
