Test Details: Quadruple marker test is done in the second trimester between 15-20 weeks of pregnancy to screen for any congenital anomaly. Done if a female is 35 years or older, had viral infection during pregnancy, family history of congenital anomalies, exposed to radiation, have diabetes and used harmful medications. Quadruple test includes AFP, Unconjugated estriol, hCG and inhibin A.
