Test Details: Quadruple marker test is done in the second trimester between 15-20 weeks of pregnancy to screen for any congenital anomaly in the fetus. Quadruple test measures levels of Alpha fetoprotein (AFP), Unconjugated estriol, Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and inhibin A.
