Test Details: This test is done to detect the concentration of mycophenolic acid in blood. Mycophenolic acid is an immunosuppressant drug, its level are monitored in transplant recipients and prevent toxicity. This test is usually done when the dose is changed; may be ordered frequently at first, then at regular interval; whenever excess or deficient level of MPA are suspected.
