You can book a test on our website or mobile app in under two minutes. Search for the test or package you need, choose a lab visit or home collection, pick a convenient slot, and pay online or at the time of collection.

Select “Home Collection” while booking, enter your pincode and address, and choose a time slot. A trained phlebotomist will arrive at your doorstep with sealed, hygienic collection kits.

Reports are delivered digitally as soon as they are ready. Download them from the “Download Report” section on the website or app, or directly from the links we send you on WhatsApp and email.

Home collections are available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week. Fasting samples are best collected in the morning, and our team will help you pick the right slot for your tests.

Tests such as fasting blood sugar, lipid profile, and some vitamin panels require 8–12 hours of fasting. The booking flow clearly marks fasting requirements for every test, and our phlebotomist reconfirms before collection.

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. You can also pay by card or cash at the time of home collection or at any Reliance MedLab center.
