Test Details: The CD41 antigen (platelet GPIIb; IIb integrin) is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed by platelets, megakaryocytes and a small subset of CD34+ cells. It is one of the earliest markers of the megakaryocytic lineage. CD 41 marker is used for phenotyping of Acute myeloid leukaemia AML - M7 subtype.
